Shipping/Postage Policy
We dispatch all items as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours of you placing your order). Delivery usually takes a maximum of 4 days from the date of dispatch and all orders are dispatched by fast tracked recorded delivery. Please read our full delivery and returns policies for more information.
Delivery delays are possible due to circumstances outside of our control, but we’ll always chase your order with our postage agents within 24 hours of a notification of non-delivery.
Returns Policy
We’re happy to refund your purchase if there’s an existing defect or fault with the product caused by the manufacturer. However, we don’t offer refunds or replacements for products that have been damaged by customers. This includes damage sustained from being dropped, jams from cheap BB pellets, or any other accidental damage.
All warranties on products are nullified if you disassemble them, and please note that it is illegal to make modifications to BB guns. Follow tips for general BB gun maintenance to keep your product in good condition and avoid reusing BB pellets which can cause jams.
